Buddha Boost Bowl

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Serves: 1


  • ½ teaspoon butter
  • 100g pork steak
  • 1 boiled egg (cooked for 6 minutes in boiling water, shelled, sliced in half)
  • 3 kalamata olives
  • ½ lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup mixed baby spinach and rocket
  • ⅛ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 15g (3 slices) brie
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts
  • ½ cup blueberries


  1. Grill or fry the pork steak in butter or lard, for 4 minutes on each side, then let rest.
  2. Meanwhile, place rinsed salad leaves into bowl and sprinkle over the apple cider vinegar.
  3. Assemble the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, leaving space to add the pork.
  4. Slice the pork and add to bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
