As the weather warms up, it’s time to switch up your lunch and dinner options. Quick and easy salads are a perfect addition to any meal or as a standalone light meal, and they’re a great way to add in low carb veggies, packed with nutrients. Salads have the bonus of coming together in a flash and can prepped ahead of time, so you have a fridge full of ready-to-go options for lunch of dinner. For a well-rounded meal that’ll keep you full and satisfied, pair your salad with a good protein such as chicken, beef or seafood and of course, a healthy fat dressing.
