Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 30g (1 scoop) whey-based vanilla protein powder
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) pure cream
  • 1 tbsp almond nut butter
  • 52g (⅓) cup frozen mixed berries
  • 100ml whole cows milk
  • water and ice as needed

Method:
