  • ½ tsp butter
  • 100 g pork steak
  • ¼ cup baby spinach and rocket, mixed
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 15 g Brie
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 3 kalamata olives
  • 1 egg, (cooked for 6 minutes in boiling water, shelled, sliced in half)


  • Grill or fry the pork steak in butter for 4 minutes on each side, then let rest.
  • Meanwhile, place rinsed salad leaves into bowl and sprinkle over the apple cider vinegar.
  • Assemble the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, leaving space to add the pork.
  • Slice the pork and add to bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
