Over time sugar cravings tend to subside on the Defeat Diabetes way of eating, but when you are transitioning away from sugary foods it’s common to experience cravings until your body adjusts.

The larger pieces of Lindt 85% or 70% chocolate work well for this. Choose 85% or higher for less sugar.
