Cheesy, crunchy and super moreish, these are perfect as a snack or side dish.

Preparation time: 5 mins Cook time: 5 mins Serves: 2


  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated


  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 220°C/428°F.
  2. Place a tablespoon of parmesan cheese for each chip. The recipe makes 12 chips.
  3. Bake for around 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and browned.
  4. Remove from the oven and cool.

Tip: Like a bit of spice? Add some chilli flakes for an extra kick. You can also add herbs like rosemary or even pumpkin seeds for added crunch and flavour.

Note: Store in an airtight container in your pantry for up to three days. Do not store in the fridge or the chips will lose their crunch.
