Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 red capsicum, quartered
  • 1 yellow capsicum, quartered
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 1 red onion, quartered
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to season

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the BBQ or griddle pan to medium heat. 
  • Brush the veggies in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  • Cook for around 3-4 minutes on each side and serve. 

Notes

Tip: Batch cook and serve cold in a salad. 
 
Serve with: Perfect Roast Turkey, Swedish Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana.
