Yoghurt, Nuts and Raspberries

< 1 min read

Raspberries are one of the lowest carb fruits due to their high water and fibre content. Adding cream to your yoghurt not only adds flavour but provides energy and helps you to feel full. If you don’t like coconut cream, use regular dairy cream - or you can omit it altogether.

Note: the carb count is higher than an egg-based breakfast due to the natural sugars in yoghurt, nuts and berries.
