Zesty Goat’s Cheese Salad
- 2 heirloom tomatoes, large
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ cup Greek goat’s feta, crumbled
- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup basil leaves, fresh
- Slice the tomatoes in thick circles and arrange them on a plate.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Crumble on feta cheese.
- Add salt and pepper seasoning and sprinkle on basil leaves.
