That’s not the case at all! You can still enjoy indulgent food and keep to your low carb goals, which is what I am going to show you with my low carb Easter brekkie.
I always want something to keep me going through the day, and to stop me getting hangry and looking for whatever food I can get my hands on, which is why brekkie has to be my favourite way to start the day.
I cheat at Easter and buy a supermarket one, just check the carbs per 100g are less than 5 grams. You can make your own! I really like this brand. You can buy it at speciality food stores.
Get a microwave-safe container. Place the hollandaise sauce in the container and then heat it in the microwave, about 20 seconds. Quick, easy and ready!
Total carbs per serve 3 grams - less than one teaspoon sugar!
There you go, my little secret to a healthy Easter brekkie that will keep you full, is low in carbs and sugars and still tastes indulgent.
