Yoghurt, Nuts and Raspberries

Raspberries are one of the lowest carb fruits due to their high water and fibre content. Adding cream to your yoghurt not only adds flavour but provides energy and helps you to feel full. If you don’t like coconut cream, use regular dairy cream - or you can omit it altogether.

Ingredients

  • 150g full-fat greek-style yoghurt, natural
  • 30g (2 tbsp) coconut cream
  • 36g (rough handful) mixed nuts or Dr. Brukner's Muesli or Low-Carb Granola
  • 1⁄3 cup raspberries

Method

  1. Mix yoghurt with coconut cream (can substitute with dairy cream).
  2. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy.

Tip: We've used raspberries, but use whatever berries are in season (or add frozen berries if you prefer).
