  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

COOK MODE

Instructions

  • Brush chicken with oil on both sides and then pat on the dukkah and fry over medium heat in a non-stick frypan.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Transfer chicken to a board and set aside.
  • Make the dressing by whisking the yoghurt with tahini, lemon juice and sesame seeds.
  • Slice the chicken in 1cm thick strips.
  • Pile the watercress in the two small salad bowls.
  • Top each bowl with an avocado half, cucumber slices and broccoli florets.

Notes

Tip: You can buy dukkah spice from Woolies or Coles.

Tip: Cut your avocado in half and remove the pip. Scoop out the flesh using a tablespoon in one clean sweep.

Note: If you don’t have a watercress, you can substitute with spinach or kale instead.
