Scrambled Eggs and Bacon
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 rashers bacon, around 100g
COOK MODE
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and beat with a fork or whisk.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium frypan on a medium-high heat. Add the bacon rashers and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Heat the remaining butter in the same frypan on a medium heat. When the butter begins to foam, pour in the whisked eggs. Gently move the eggs around the pan until just set - about 2-3 minutes.
- Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, serve them with the bacon.
